About Frugal Foundation

Frugal Foundation envisions a world where every child is free, safe, healthy, and receives quality education to unlock their full potential.

Our journey began around 2012 with small social initiatives like food and clothing donations and supporting underprivileged children’s education. The COVID-19 lockdown highlighted the struggles of job loss and business closures, prompting us to organize and extend our efforts. In January 2014, we formally registered as a trust, marking the beginning of Frugal Foundation’s mission.

Based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, we focus on child education, health, and nutrition, along with skill development and women’s empowerment.
